My mind just went way back in the ‘80s, and I recalled Sabrina’s song (no, please do not ask yourself why and don’t dare to ask me why. I have no idea why my brain makes some associations. Ok, back to business now. Serious stuff.
This week is crazy when it comes to social media marketing. There are like a couple of great events to follow, attend the sessions, listen to the speaker and grasp your own insights.
So far, the trend is, IMHO, towards an overall customer experience. Also, AI, video (live) content, voice searches and live e-commerce are on the list for 2021.
